MEGA FITNESS PRIVACY POLICY

A. PERSONAL DATA CONFIDENTIALITY

1. MEGA FITNESS will always and intentionally keep any of member personal data safe and confidential.

2. All of our database storage about members and transactions are all stored at the highest priority and secured place related to the data safety and any risks, and will never be used for any activity outsite of gym and fitness environment.

3. We do not share or open personal data that we collect to any of external third party company or person, our gym and fitness member personal data only used as internal administration activity related not for other purposes outside of the administration system.

B. ABOUT HOW TECHNICALLY WE COLLECT AND STORE PERSONAL DATA

1. MEGA FITNESS App provide a registration input form for a new member, and then the data are submitted to the secured Google Firebase and Firestorage database server, and encryted a long the way before arrived at the data center.

2. Our Apps database and application server use Google Firebase and Firestorage server that is already known for highly trusted, accountable, and secured for its cloud service products for many years.

3. In internal database and application server, we established an effective System Operating Procedure about how the server is operated and accessed, and only authorized IT Staffs can manage or retrieve the database, and high level role Admin can input and operate the internal administration application system.
